  1. Prepare Site, configure plugins, features, content.
  2. Get small group of users to test dialog, post updates, interact in forums, use avatars, etc
  3. Use BuddyPress xProfile for birthday and other items.
  4. Export users from SSP into delimited format
  5. Import users from SSP
